This is a patch that lets you play the Sims 3 retail version without a CD.
Extract and copy "TS3" into your "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin" folder.
Click "yes" to replace the other "TS3" file.
Then right click "TS3" and create shortcut onto the desktop, then delete the other sims 3 shortcut (the original one).
Run the game by clicking on TS3.
